Hi Tim,
I have people booking sessions and have it set for 50% deposit. I have options to pay by credit card or pay by mail or at the studio. I’ve tried it both ways- auto confirm or where I have to confirm it myself. Either way I do it the payments never go through. Can you explain to me how it works? Is everyone just choosing pay by mail? Is there a way to see that info? Thanks!

Are you sure you have it set to require a deposit? If the booking service is set to require a deposit, then you would have orders in the Orders section for them.

They show up as orders, but say unpaid. How do I get them to be paid? I thought once I confirmed them the order would go through and make the payment go through? Again it is possible everyone is choosing to pay by mail, so that might be the issue, but I think someone would have chosen credit card by now!
