I've created couple galleries for a School event I've photographed.
Class 1 has 50 plus sub-galleries with the students photographed at the day 1.
Class 2 exactly as class 1 for the students photographed at the day 2.
What is the best way to set up this kind of event, so I know which sub-galleries have been visited with the password provided?
The Statistics report only shows visits on Class 1 or Class 2 galleries, not the sub-galleries
Thanks in advance for any help

It would be AWESOME if we could see which passwords had been used. Sometimes the email address has absolutly no similarity to the child's name. I ended up not using sub galleris so I have 100 kids in one gallery and a list of emails so I can't see which kids have been viewed or not.

Hi Sarah,
Yes, would be awesome!
For what I’m hearing the sub-galleries are somewhat pointless to see who has visited their images, and I’m trying to understand your around for tracking your visitor login. So how exactly are you checking off the clients that have visited their images.
I’m about to shoot a large high school graduation and trying to work out all the details before hand.

I'm not tracking them. I can only track by registration/orders. I don't have compulsory registration (it's not accurate at seeing who they viewed either if surnames are different). It's not ideal but no other way around it that I can see. I don't want to have hundreds of individual sub galleries as they are all listed on the gallery exclusive view and I don't want parents to see a list of all the names.

Currently the stats don't record the sub gallery views. Something on the to-do list to look into.

Thanks Tim! For me stats showing passcode views (or even just if a passcode has been entered) would be more helpful :)

Thanks Tim!
That would be a nice addition for future updates, and Yes knowing which passwords have been entered would be awesome.
