Wrong Images And Quantity In An Order

I just got an order with the wrong image and quantity in it. This particular order was placed by a customer earlier and was correct. It is for 1 11x14 and has the correct amount. The new order I got today is from another customer has that image for 1 11x14 but has a total MUCH higher. Then I have another order form this other customer for 9 prints and it is correct. These are all in the same gallery as they are school pictures.

Are the last 2 orders you wrote above from the same person? And did they place 2 orders?
Also, if you view the order and click on the IP address, in the stats what does it show for your screen resolution and browser? It will show something like USA Android 360x640
