Are any of your clients experiencing issues with Edge or Internet Explorer when shopping on your website?

We are having several reports that people can't put things in their carts, etc.

I regularly test in Edge and have no problems. I just double check in the demo with Edge and it works fine. If you can duplicate the issue in Edge, let me know what steps to take.

Tim, we have had multiple calls today and everyone is using edge. They are not able to add anything to their cart. They click the cart and nothing happens.

I have tested multiple times with Edge using the demo site and my test sites without issues. You all can email me a link to a gallery with password if needed so I can test your sites.

Adina, the problem is you are loading the site in an iframe from the first site when they enter in their password. I am surprised it actually works in any browser. In Chrome, it is busting out of the iframe when clicking on a picture, in edge it is not (as I would suspect).

You need to set that up differently so do they are entered in their password here:

And not use the iFrame. When using that link, Edge works fine.

One way to do it would be to edit the home page on the get my photos now site. click the Video option and in the Embed Video section add this code:

<script>
window.location.href="https://www.haynephotographers.com/clients/index.php?view=findphotos";
</script>

Okay, I am going to pass this to someone in the office to see if we can figure this out. You are always such a great resource and fixer of issues :-).

Tim, we think we fixed it, but can you take a second and check it again to make sure we did it right?
