Archive Unpaid Orders

so over the past year, I ended up with a good handful of unpaid orders.. now as I am starting a new year they are showing up still in my UNPAID category.. which they are, even though they are archived.. if I change them to PAID then my sales totals will be off for this past year. anyone have any suggestions on how to sort them out of my current categories.. I also dont want to simply trash them, as they end up as a loss.

Trashing them will be the thing to do. Trashed orders have no effect on your sales totals.
