Moving From Hosting Solution To Subscription Solution

I am a WordPress provider and I suggested to one of my customer to leave WordPress and to subscribe a Sytist site.

I used a trial to show her the advantages and this customer will proceed.

This customer also manage a second site presently, also with Sytist, but hosted.

She is not happy with this hosted solution (she was not involved at the beginning) and would like to move to a subscription too.

The question : are you able to backup and hosted site and to download it into a subscription?

I can transfer the data like orders & customers for a fee, but no images or galleries can be transferred from self-hosted to Sytist hosted (and vise versa) .

I presume orders and customers could easily transferred through a CSV file.

I understand for the images or galleries.

What about products, price list and pages?

Products & prices and can transferred and only top level pages (no gallery pages or categories).

This has to be done my exporting from PHPMyAdmin from the old host and importing into the new database.
