I had a developer re-design my website front end with wordpress. As far as I can tell everything with sytist is still intact and functioning. However, when a customer tries to log in to their account, it re-directs them to the home page of my website. What do i need to do to fix this? My website is www.RG.Photography

here is a gallery link as well https://www.rg.photography/client-galleries/

See this page under "Moving Sytist files into a sub folder".

A2 hosting was trying to tell me that it would break the website. I asked them to do it anyway. I should know tomorrow if it is fixed.

My hosting company said they followed the directions in that article and it did not fix the issue.

Here was their response:

I have went ahead and made changes as advised in the article you've shared. All the folders and files that start with 'sy-' was moved into a new folder named 'sytist'. Also, the file sy-config.php was updated with the following line of code:

$setup['temp_url_folder'] = "/sytist";

However that resulted in white blank screen at at https://www.rg.photography/client-galleries , as the index file under /client-galleries folder could not be executed. I have reverted the changes now, to keep the client-galleries URL working. I would suggest you to check this further with your web developer for troubleshooting the issue with the customer login page.
