Batch Processing Price Lists

I've found I can amend the pricelists assigned to our galleries as a bulk action by locating all the galleries assigned to this pricelist,  however this does not include subgalleries,  only the main galleries.

If I want to create a whole new pricelist with new products and pricing (rather than amending the existing one) is there a way to quickly update all subgalleries assigned to that list as well.  And all images within a gallery assigned with an overriding different pricelist? 

Not sure if this makes sense but I obviously know what I mean!!

There is no batch option to change the price lists of sub galleries.
