Collection And Product Options In The Db

Hey Tim,
How are ms_product_options_sel.sel_id and ms_product_options_sel.sel_opt(collection and product options) referenced to any given order in the db? I am trying to Concat them on to my ms_cart.cart_product_name's so they can all be displayed in Shipsation when orders are pulled from the DB to Shipstation. Thanks!
