Special Event Day Booking Calendar Glitch?

I cannot for the life of me figure out why this is happening, Its not allowing bookings for times that are available? IGNOE THE 5 Minute session, I was trying to see if adjusting it and then moving it back to 10 minutes would help. It did not.
See the attached list of people:
This is for a special event, one day event,. we have it marked off from 8-10AM, with ten minute sessions. It is not filling in the other three open times:
9:00 should be open, as should 9:20?
Any ideas?

You had a recurring event which happened to be added on October 1st which was making those times unavailable (RESPOND TO LORI'S EMAIL). I changed the date for that which won't change the reoccurring event and those times are available now.
