Sending Emails

Hi Tim,
Not sure if it is cron related but I can not send an email from over due payments, plus no email was sent for scheduled payment.

I can send manual emails plus when I make an appointment it send out the relevant emails. Hence I wonder if it has something cron related going on.

I host on saratoga, are they likely to have changed anything?

Edit: I have set up a new cron job just in case something has changed. Using the TEST button, it has worked (sent to me as well as showing up in log) but I can not send a reminder of overdue payment.

Mine is not sending order receipts when an order is placed. This is a new thing that started happening today.
I'm Bluehost so not the same hosting as above.

Stephen, do you see the emails in Stats -> Email Logs? If yes, then Sytist has sent out the emails.

In Settings -> Automated Emails, so you see a link for pending emails?

Hi Tim, Thanks for getting back to me.

Ok I set up a new cron job and it has sent of payment due emails as it is supposed to today and they show up in the log. All Good.
But when I click on email reminder for past due (these did not send originally) the email comes up, I click the box and hit send, but they do not show in either the email log or the pending emails. So I presume they did not send.

As they are for scheduled payments are they some how tied in to the old cron job . All other email seems to be working just not these. I have tried on two peoples accounts that have overdue payments and neither send.

I see, yes it is not working. Looks like due to the addition of text messaging and I forgot about that one and not going through. I don't have a quick for for it. You will have to copy the contents of the email and send it. You can send an email to a customer from their account view.
