Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

Days ago I got a server error on both Admin and client galleries sites. Server Host stated that a correction had to be made in the URL address. I was instructed to delete a part from the URL and then once the sites came back they have been very slow in loading and I have been unable to reach the admin galleries to load photos. I reported this to my Host Pair.com two days ago and today I got this reply:

"First in our testing and replication of this problem so far we have been
unable to produce any sort of error aside from a generic timeout error
(listed below). We have tried increasing the php memory limit as this
seemed to behave as if it was running out of memory however the same issue
happened again.
www.creativeworth.com [Sat May 26 22:58:50 2018] [warn] [pid 38179]
mod_cgi.c(697): [client 216.92.130.10:38596] AH01220: Timeout waiting for
output from CGI script /usr/www/users/cworth/cgi-bin/php56.cgi

Looking at the logs for mySQL, PHP, and the Apache web sever there are no
logs being generated. As well I see that the software itself is set to keep
its own error logs /usr/www/users/cworth/galleries/error.txt, and these
logs are also empty.
Unfortunately at this time we would recommend reaching out to the software
developer for assistance with the software you are using as it does not
appear to be a server related issue at this time."

I really would appreciate any kind of help to remedy this since I have loads of client photos pending.

Having just got a solution for this issue from my server host; I no longer need help. However it has created an incentive for me to start using my Stylist site which I have only used for portfolios thus far.
