Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.
Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

Cannot Login To My Admin Page After Upgrading

I upgraded from 4.1 to 7.0.8. I followed the instructions and everything looked fine until I logged out of my admin page. Now I cannot login. Now my site is down since, as per the isntructions, I closed the photocart before upgrading. Please help!

What happens when you try to log in ... does it say that information is incorrect or does it just seem to refresh the page ?

It was saying the login info was incorrect. The "forgot password" link appeared to send an email but I never received anything. I finally restored my old site and created a new admin account. After going back to the new photocart, I can log in but now, it sill not allow me admin rights.

How did you upgrade to version 7.0.8? 7.1.0 is the last version and what would be downloaded from the download upgrade page. Maybe you should download those files.
