Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.
Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

I am trying to process photos and I keep getting a error
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /export/disk1/users/photocart/admin/ftp_process.php on line 410
The files upload ftp to the server but when I go the the gallery and it says to process the photos I get the message. I was using 6.? and upgraded to 7.1.0 hoping this might fix the problem but it hasn't I have bought Sytist but haven't got it up and running yet and need to upload these photos. Any help would be appreciated.

You may have the FTP process time too long for the size photos you have uploaded. Go to Settings -> Admin Settings. Reduce the FTP process time. If it is more than 10 seconds, try 10.
