Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Internet Explorer On Pc Showing Mobile View

I have just noticed that on viewing my galleries in internet Explorer they show as mobile view. Is there something I can do to fix this? Other PC browsers show the gallery correctly.

I don't see mobile version in IE 11 ... but you do have a virus on the page. My anti virus came up and can see a video embed code at the bottom of the source code that is probably the virus. I can't tell where it was added. Either it is in your footer (Customize -> Header & Footer), or it has been injected into a file either from something else on the server or via FTP.
You should clean your Photo Cart files by downloading the upgrade files and upload them following the upgrade instructions linked in the zip file:

Also you might want to check other parts of your website and change your FTP password.
