Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

Hi All-I'm trying to access my list of photo galleries in order to review/delete some older ones. Sometimes I get to the first page on the list and I try to go further back and the 500 Error appears. I checked with my hosting co. and no problems there. Seems to take forever to move around within the admin portion of MyCart. Any thoughts?? Thanks

Download this zip file:

https://www.picturespro.com/sy-misc/download/photo-cart-galleries-list-no-sales.zip

Unzip it to your computer and upload the included gallery.list.php file into your Photo Cart -> admin -> galleries folder overwriting the existing one. This removes the total sales count on the listing page and should help.

Right click the link and select save link as to save it to your computer where you can find it.

Unzip it.

Connect to your website with your FTP program.

Upload the included gallery.list.php file into your Photo Cart -> admin -> galleries folder overwriting the existing one

OK-except when I go to my admin section I don't find a "galleries folder". Is it under "Photo Galleries", "Settings"....??

Connect to your website with your FTP program.

You will need to use a FTP program like Filezilla to upload the file.

OK-did that. It seems the folder loaded and overwrote the existing one...I then went to my site and tried to access the galleries list and it took forever and eventually I got:

"Service Unavailable. The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Also, not sure if its related, the last few nights as I'm uploading images to galleries through Dave's uploader, every 8th or 10th image doesn't load and the loading process is slowed way down. I then hit upload a few times at the end of the session and upload the rest. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this Tim!

Hi Tim-I was able to follow your instructions and ftp the folder in. For good measure I had my "web guy" do the same and it looks like we are okay.
Here's my info if you want to check it out:

The other issue seems to be Dave's Uploader...still missing every 10th image so I have to go back and re-upload numerous times to get all the images in. I'm supposing you have nothing to do with this and I need to contact Dave's world.....This is a new issue for me also...

Thanks for your help!! Phil

I'm also realizing I just sent secure info on an unsecure platform. Maybe you can delete this page for me???

Don't post your admin login here for all to see. Email me the FTP username and password too.

Don't know about Dave's Uploader. Probably a server issue, but you would need to contact Dave.
