Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

I AM AN EVENT PHOTOGRA[HER TRAVELING TO VARIOUS SHOWS . I TAKE SOME ORDERS AT THE SHOW AND MANUALLY INPUT THEM IN THE PHOTOCART SOFTWARE WHEN I GET HOME AND SOME ORDERS COME IN ONLINE AFTER THE SHOW. THE ORDERS THAT COME IN ONLINE ARE GROUPED WITH THE SHOW THAT I TOOK THE PHOTO SO I CAN SEE HOW MANY/HOW MUCH I MADE FROM THAT SHOW. IF I MANUALLY ENTER AN ORDER THAT I TOOK AT THE SHOW WHEN I GET HOME, IT DOES NOT GROUP WITH THAT PARTICULAR SHOW SO I AM NOT GETTING A CLEAR PICTURE OF HOW I DID AT THAT EVENT. DOES THE SOFTWARE HAVE A FEATURE THAT I CAN LABEL THE ORDER SO IT WILL GROUP WITH A PARTICULAR EVENT?

The only way an order is going to be associated with a particular gallery is if photos from the gallery are purchased. An invoice created in the admin can't be associated with a gallery.

the only way is to place the order the long way. Either create the new client and log in as them and create the order properly.
