Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

Orders Emailed Have Huge Thumbnails...

I just recently switched to Sytist and I am getting thumbnails of the order in my email with the 2nd half of the cc. I would like to just receive the clients obvious info, such as name, address, order total and the half of the cc instead of using pages and pages worth of ink to print thumbnails that I have already printed when doing that inside the sytist software. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
John

You should print from the Packing List tab when viewing an order which has option of displaying thumbnails or not.

Yes, thank you, I already do that. But I am asking about the emails I receive when someone places an order. I do not want the thumbnails in the email I receive, I only want the clients info and the 2nd half off their cc number. I have to print the CC number out in order to give it to our production manager to run, and I dont want to waste 8 sheets of paper when there is a large order when all I need is the cc number printed. Any thoughts?

The only thing I can think of is maybe just print the first page that has the customer info and card info.
