Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.
Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.
Error: Nnumcok-a
I am getting NNumCok-A when I try and link to a gallery on my Facebook page. I have seen previous posts here listing a fix of uploading a new pc_head.php file which I have done and it is still giving me the same message.
Can you shed any light on this?
Thanks

I have updated the pc_head.php file several times but am not sure if I should but loading it just into the Photocart folder or into one of the sub folders? Either way error is still showing up.

Still having this error, can you please assist? You had emailed that I was loading the pc_head file to the wrong place and that it was fixed, but it wasn't.
Thanks,
Lou
