Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

"not Acceptable" Error When Accepting Credit Cards

When credit card information is entered and "submit" is pressed, the following error is displayed. I am using PayPal Payments Pro. It has worked fine in the past, but has just recently been giving the following errors:

"Not Acceptable!
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security."

The order comes through just fine, it's just the payment that is not getting processed.

On a side note, my logo does not seem to be showing up on that page either. Don't know if that is somehow related or not.

Mahalo!

It is triggering a mod_security rule for some reason. You will need to contact your host with the error message so they can make an exception for the mod security rule it is triggering.

Now I'm getting: "FailureInvalid Configuration This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration." I copy & pasted the API Username/Password and reloaded the certificate. No luck.

My host was able to fix the first issue, but now it seems like there's another. Possibly on my side?

Check for any spaces before and after the API username and password in the payment setting. If it was working fine before, then something may have changed in your PayPal account?
