Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions. 

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Email Stopped Working All Of A Sudden

MY email was working and a few months ago... it just stopped

I tried everything on this post:

STill not working.... so I contacted my server

This said it was coding issue. Here is their response:


Currently we've gone ahead and investigated this issue and it does not appear to be being caused by the server, or it's configurations. We've gone ahead and have created a test php sendmail function which can be found here:

When using this script you can see that the mail has been sucesfully sent within the exim mail log as follows:

Love it when something works, then stops without changing anything in the system and the host says they didn't do anything.

Have you checked your spam folders for the email? Can you try to send a test email to my email address info@picturespro.com in Settings -> Mail Settings?

the email is not landing in spam folders.

My client this week lost her password, so she filed out the form to get it sent to her, and she got nothing either

Nothing is sending out.

I just sent you a test email.

I have done it to myself over the last few weeks and I have not received anything.
