Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

A Way To Tell If An Order Has Been Downloaded?

Is there a way to tell if a .zip file has been downloaded after a digital package order is paid for? I know there's a feature that tells you if someone has downloaded individually-purchased files - this is a great feature! - but I have a package for events, and it would be handy to know if people, especially some of my less tech-savvy clients, are able to get their downloads. I could then change my digital shipping options so I wouldn't have to offer email delivery, since this package can often exceed Gmail's capabilities. Thanks!

There is nothing that records if a zip file has been downloaded.

I thought I remembered a way using your website hosting control panel to see if a file was accessed (nothing to do with PhotoCart). But after some google searches I came up empty. Sorry I can't be more help. Tim, do you have any ideas there?
