Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

Uploading Errors | Target File Already Exists | Not Valid Image Resource Help!

Ive been experiencing issues on uploading for some time but it's getting to the point I have to resolve it.
I was told at one time it might be because I needed to delete old galleries and I had run out of room but I did that and it didn't resolve anything.
I'm including screen shots to show you what I am encountering:
When I upload (Filezilla) it loads 2-3 images and then I get an error telling me the target file already exists. I go ahead and choose the option to override if new file is newer or diff. size.
When I then go to Photocart and load the files I get a error message: Not valid image resource....
Then some of my images will load to PC but there are 'holes' where an image here and there won't show up.
My image size is under 716 on the long side.

I am at a loss and I need to figure this out.
I am not overly tech savy.
Thank you.

Sounds like your issues are on the server side of things .... maybe you are out of space on your hosting account or the server is almost out of space. You should contact your hosting company with the errors.
