Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.
Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.
Where To Find The "more" Tab? - Need To Re-order Images
Would be happy to - but where the heck is the "More" tab??
What I was seeing in your screen grab bears no resemblance to anything I see in my Photocart. It took me about 5 very confused minutes to realize what you were saying was that the More tab was in PC7 ... but I'm still working with the old dinosaur, v5.1.5. Will see about upgrading. Ugh, not sure I have brain cells or energy for that project.
In the meantime, I jury-rigged a solution by manually revising order #'s - and at least for the time being, took care of the situation.
We know how hard you work on keeping things current - and we really appreciate it. Congratulations on the new interface too. For some (me included), the change is challenging. But keeping up with improved technology will motivate us all to greater levels of excellence.
For those who are complaining, they obviously have not had to upgrade to Photoshop CC. Now there's something to complain about!!
Cheers!
