Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

My clients are getting this error when trying to access their galleries using mobile devices. It seems to work fine on my PC but I got the same error when I tried to access a gallery from my Galaxy S3. My client is using an iphone.

You should download the upgrade files and upload them follow the upgrade instructions. It won't change anything, just fix the error:

I am using 7 and did the upgrade and I am still getting this message when I access the site on my mobile phone (LG, running Android 4.4.2). Any suggestions? www.LatkaPhotoProofs.com is the site.

Download this zip file, unzip it and upload the included file into the pc_inc folder overwriting the existing one.
