Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Shipping Group Reverts To Default Shipping

This is VERY hard to describe. Most "MOST" of the time, we get the correct shipping group that is assigned to a gallery. But in some cases instead of getting the assigned shipping group, the shipping reverts to the default shipping. I've narrowed it down to a specific set of actions that make this happen. For our galleries that is a "click here to order" jpg button but on every page there is also a "click here to view packages" button. If a customer bypasses the "cluck here to order" button and goes directly to the "click here to view packages" button, the customer gets default shipping regardless of what shipping group is specified for the gallery. It's driving us NUTS! If you click on the "click here to order" button the customer gets the correct assigned shipping. We've done about 10 test runs with each method and always get these results: "click here to order" gets the correct shipping, "click here to view packages" reverts to default shipping. Is there anything we can do to fix this?
