Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions. 

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Item Not Flagged As Downloaded

I have created a package of 3 files and set these as digital.
When an order comes in the small d is flagged on the order, no postage has been added and shipping is showing as download. yet when I view the order there is no way of telling if the order has been downloaded by the customer.

I have a single digital offering as well, and this shows of the image has been downloaded, and gives me the option to reset if they need another attempt.

The only difference as far as I can tell is that one is a package and one is a standard product

Have I missed something, or is this a bug

I don't really recall, but seems like there might have been a bug with the downloads in a collection not showing when it was downloaded.

I just went through the process of creating a package with downloads and it's just that downloads in packages don't record the downloads. It's not really a bug, but just something it doesn't do.

Is there anyway this can be rectified, as I've started to sell the packages in decent volumes , and following up to ensure they have downloaded would make life difficult. Only around 50% of orders for single images (these are flagged) actually download, and require a followup
