Things to do after you have completed the upgrade

Refresh Admin page

On any page in the admin, click Refresh on your browser. This will help make sure the javascript files are not cached from the previous version.

Customize

After the upgrade you will want to adjust your color scheme / CSS in the new Customize section. There are a lot more options now and you will want to tweek your customizations.

Thumbnails Per Page

There is an option to change the number of thumbnails per page for all galleries in the gallery list page, left menu. Now thumbnails will "float" so you might want to adjust it.

Accessory Store

If you have the accessory store you may need to change the name in the Customize > Menu Links section.

New HTML emails.

Now there is an option to send out emails as HTML. To use this:

1) In the Settings > Mail Settings turn on the option for HTML emails.

2) In the Settings > Default Emails section, click on HTML email setup. This is where you can add a header & footer for the emails.

3) In 2 default emails, you can add a bracket code of [THUMBNAIL] that will add a clickable thumbnail for that gallery (These must be added if upgrading from version 4/5)

a) Settings > Default emails > Email Access Information

b) Settings > Default emails > Soon to expire galleries

If having problems with the images in the text edit for the HTML emails, need to make sure you have a $setup['photo_cart_folder'] value in your setup.php file.
