Photo Cart will work properly and the majority of hosting companies I have encountered. Photo Cart will run on both Linux and Windows hosting, but Linux / Unix is preferred. (I personally use and develop on a Linux server).

Their windows hosting do not include MySQL databases.

Will NOT work on the following hosting companies Brinkster easyspace.com Yahoo hosting Tripod / Lycos godaddy WINDOWS hosting Network Solutions WINDOWS hosting Registerfly Homestead Photobiz You will notice godaddy on both lists. They have both windows hosting and linux hosting. Their windows hosting has many restrictions causing Photo Cart not to work.   If you are currently using their windows hosting, they can move you to a linux server.
