The New Photo Cart Uploader for Windows
The Photo Cart Uploader allows you to upload images right from your computer
to your Photo Cart galleries.
The Uploader will 1) re-size your images, 2) make the additional copies Photo
Cart needs, and 3) uploads the images to your Photo Cart and add the information
to the database automatically.
Requirements
The Photo Cart uploader will only run on Windows computers (sorry MAC users)
and needs the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed before it can run on your
computer. This installer will check your computer for the .NET Framework and install
it if required. What is the Microsoft .NET Framework?
If you don't have it installed already, you can download the Microsoft .NET Framework
from here.

Adding Images
You have the option to either adding individual images or selecting folders of
images. There are 2 buttons on this page to select from.
If you select a folder that has folders in it, there is an option to include
images that are in the subfolders. These will automatically create sub galleries
in your Photo Cart gallery.
After you have select the images you want to upload, click Next.

When the Photo Cart uploader finishes, it will see a finished page and then your
gallery is ready.
Details on FTP Remote Folder:
The Remote Folder is the folder path to where your Photo Cart / photos folder
is on your website. If you were to log into your website through an FTP program,
it would be the path you take to get to that folder.
For example, with most hosts that use cPanel or VDeck, the first folder you would
go to is public_html . Then to your photo cart folder, then photos folder. If
your Photo Cart is in a photocart folder, it would be: public_html/photocart/photos
folder. If it is in a store folder, it would be public_html/store/photos
Not all hosts are the same, some might be httpdocs/photocart/photos or something
different.
If you are having problems finding your remote folder, click here to view the
support forum or contact your hosting company.
