Settings > Countries
Here you select your default country and countries you ship to.
Additional shipping amount
Charge an additional shipping charge to ship to this country. This will be added
to the total shipping calculated.
VAT
The VAT percent you need to charge for this country. You can set it to calculate
in the price of the product in the Settings > Tax section.
