First, create a new project from the admin area

 

 

Upload an image or images to the project

There is an option to upload a single image in the left menu. If you are going to be uploading something like slides for an album where you need to upload in batch, you can do that through a FTP program.

 

 

Assign a client to the project

This is who you want to be reviewing the project.

 

 

Email project info to your client.

This will let them know it is ready to review.

 

 

Your client logs in and will see their project available when clicking View My Proofs under the My Account menu

 

 

When viewing a image in the project, they have the option to approve the file or request a revision

 

 

Once they have reviewed all files for the project they will submit the project back to you.

You will receive an email notification when the client submits this form to let you know they have reviewed the project.

 

 

You will now see your project status as Pending. It is waiting for your action.

 

 

If the client requests a revision, it will show you their comments when viewing the file in the admin.

From here you can upload a revised file. If all the files for the project are approved then you can close the project.

 

 

History of revisions

If you upload revised files, it will keep a history of all the files uploaded and any comments made by the customer.

 

 

Approved & Closed

Once the client has approved the project, then you can close it and send it to print.
